Admiral’s Ballroom: 1,560 sq ft (30×52), 9′ ceiling — up to ~180 seated. Bond Street Pier (one block): 1,920 sq ft (120×16) — up to ~225 cocktail-style outdoors. The Stone Room: 920 sq ft (40×23), 8′ ceiling — up to ~80. Admiral 1 & Admiral 2: 780 sq ft each (26×30), 9′ ceiling — up to ~80 each. Captain’s Room: ~540–550 sq ft — up to ~50. Bridge / Pre-Function: 384 sq ft (24×16) — up to ~40. Courtyard: 300 sq ft (30×10) — up to ~50 outdoors. Boardroom: 300 sq ft (22×13) — up to 12. Tavern Private Dining Room: 200 sq ft (20×10) — up to ~30.

What kinds of events do you host?

Corporate meetings, trainings, seminars, conferences, board retreats, and client dinners; social events like birthdays, showers, reunions, and private dining; nonprofit fundraisers, galas, and auctions; networking mixers and launches; and seasonal holiday parties and awards ceremonies.

Do you provide onsite catering and bar service?

Yes. The culinary team offers buffet, plated, stations, or reception-style service, plus beer & wine, full bar, and signature cocktails tailored to your timeline and guest count.

Can you handle dietary restrictions?

Yes—vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available. Share allergy details and we’ll plan safe preparation and labeling.

Is outside catering allowed?

In-house catering is provided. If you have a special cultural or culinary request, share details and the team will advise on options.

What AV and Wi-Fi options are available?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available. Select rooms have built-in displays; additional AV such as projectors, microphones, speakers, staging, and uplighting can be arranged.

Do you have sample layouts or floor plans?

Yes—room diagrams and recommended setups for theater, classroom, U-shape, cabaret, banquet, and reception configurations are available.

Can we reserve multiple rooms for the same event?

Yes. Many hosts pair spaces—for example, Admiral 1 for registration, Bridge for coffee, Admiral’s Ballroom for general session, and the Stone Room or Captain’s Room for private dining.

Do you host outdoor events?

Yes—the Courtyard is ideal for outdoor receptions up to ~50, and Bond Street Pier (one block away) offers harbor views for large cocktail events up to ~225. Indoor weather backups are planned.

What are the event hours and noise policies?

Event end times follow local guidelines and property quiet hours. The coordinator will confirm the exact cut-off for your date and selected spaces.

What’s included and what counts as an add-on?

Proposals outline space rental, food and beverage, basic serviceware, staffing, and any included equipment. Add-ons may include specialty rentals, décor, extra AV, premium disposables or china, late-night snacks, and extended hours.

Do you require insurance (COI) for outside vendors?

Yes. A Certificate of Insurance can be provided by the venue and may be required from outside vendors as well.

Is the venue accessible?

Yes—ADA-friendly paths, elevators to event floors, and accessible restrooms are available.

Where do guests park and how close are transit options?

Nearby garages and street parking are available, the area is rideshare-friendly, and the neighborhood is highly walkable to Inner Harbor and Harbor East.

How far in advance should I book?

Peak holiday and spring/fall dates book early. Share your preferred date and estimated headcount to confirm availability.

Can I tour the spaces before booking?

Yes—site visits are available to review room fits, event flow, menus, and AV options.

What is the booking process and deposit schedule?

A tailored proposal is provided. A signed agreement and deposit secure the date; the contract outlines payment timing and planning milestones.

Do you offer off-site catering if I choose another venue?

Yes—off-site catering is available throughout Baltimore City, including Inner Harbor, Harbor East, Federal Hill, Canton, Mount Vernon, Little Italy, and Locust Point.

Can you support branding and sponsor visibility?

Yes—welcome desks, step-and-repeat placement, digital signage, and custom station signage can be planned with the team.
