The Boardroom is 300 sq ft (approx. 13′ × 22′) with a 9′ ceiling and comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests.

What layouts are available?

Royal conference (boardroom) for up to 12 and Hollow square for up to 12. Both are ideal for focused discussion and collaboration.

What AV and technology are included?

A large flat-screen TV, a built-in screen, HDMI/standard hookups for your laptop, high-speed internet, an easel, a flip chart with markers, and a lectern on request.

Is the Wi-Fi reliable for video calls and screen sharing?

Yes. High-speed internet is included and suitable for video conferencing, screen sharing, and cloud documents.

Do you support hybrid or Zoom/Teams meetings?

Yes. Connect your laptop to the display via HDMI and use your preferred platform. We can recommend speakerphone or microphone add-ons if needed.

Can we order coffee, meals, or snack breaks?

Yes. Choose working breakfast, plated lunch, or snack breaks from The William Fell Tavern. An in-room refreshment station is also available.

Can we bring outside food or catering?

We provide in-house catering. If you have a special culinary request, share details and we will advise on options.

Is the Boardroom wheelchair accessible?

Yes. The room is wheelchair accessible with accessible routes and restrooms nearby.

Does the room have natural light?

Yes. Expansive windows provide natural light and elevated neighborhood views for an energizing environment.

Can we book additional breakout spaces?

Yes. Add Admiral 1, Admiral 2, or the Captain’s Room for breakouts, interviews, or meals. We will plan a simple room flow.

Do you have private dining or post-meeting cocktail options?

Yes. Host meals in the Tavern Private Dining Room and cap the day with cocktails in the Anchor Bar speakeasy (Thu–Sat late night).

Where are you located and what about parking?

We are at 888 S Broadway, Fells Point, Baltimore, MD 21231. The area is rideshare-friendly with nearby garages and street parking and is very walkable.

Do you offer guest rooms on site?

Yes. There are 80 guest rooms on property for visiting executives or multi-day sessions.

What is included with the room versus add-ons?

Your quote outlines room rental, included AV and collaboration tools, and staffing as needed. Add-ons can include speakerphone/mics, extra flip charts, printing support, specialty rentals, and expanded catering.

Do you require vendor COIs or NDAs for confidential meetings?

We can provide a venue Certificate of Insurance on request. If your company requires an NDA for staff or vendors, let us know and we will route it for signature.

How do I book and what is the timeline?

Share your date, time, and headcount. We will confirm availability and send a clear quote. A signed agreement and deposit secure the room, and we coordinate setup, AV checks, and catering before arrival.

What are typical uses for this space?

Leadership meetings and quarterly planning, private client presentations and board updates, interviews and small hiring panels, legal reviews and confidential sessions, and executive training and strategy workshops.

What are your hours for meetings?

General inquiry hours are Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Saturday–Sunday 10:00 AM–6:00 PM. Meeting start/end times are flexible and confirmed with your coordinator.

Can you help with printing or signage?

Yes. Basic printing support is available on request. We can also advise on wayfinding and tabletop signage.

Is the Boardroom quiet enough for sensitive conversations?

Yes. The Boardroom is a private, closed-door environment designed for executive comfort and confidentiality.
